Born Frantisek Princ in the village of Rouchovany, town of Hrotovice, County of Znojmo, Austrian Empire, now in Czechia. Maurice Downey of Ulysses officiating. Pallbearers were: John Bartek, John Vlcan, Frank Chapek, Frank Vasa, George Sabatka and J. J. Bartek. Burial was in St. John's cemetery, Weston. Mr. Prinz was born in Moravia in 1869. He died at his home in Rising City Sunday, Dec. 14, following an illness of two years. He came to this country in 1889 and for many years operated a meat market at Weston. Since 1937 he had lived in the Rising City community and had been engaged in farming. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary. He was married at Brainard in 1895. A son, Frank, survives him.
