Mildred Lorane (Hill) Rainwater , age 96, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020, in Plano, Texas. She was born on August 17, 1923, in Navo, Texas, to Ruby (Seagraves) and Edward Hill. Mildred was a teacher who was admired by all her students. She married the love of her life, Lee Rainwater, in Prosper, Texas, on February 12, 1942, and they were blessed with two sons. Mildred will be greatly missed by all those who knew her. She is survived by her sons, Roger L. Rainwater of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Jeffrey H. Rainwater and his wife, Janie, of Plano, Texas; her grandchildren, Emily McCubbin and her husband, Kipp, Sarah Halverson and her husband, Adam, Audrey Moench and her husband, Chris, and Tom Rainwater and his wife, Annie; her great-grandchildren, Riley, Graham, Abigail and Lila; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mildred is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lee Rainwater; her brothers, Edward Lewis Hill and Bobby Charles Hill; her sister, Catherine Harris; and her parents.
