Bio

Frances Rosalie Kubacak Hurta, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021, at the Age of 97. She was born on September 11, 1923, in Taylor, Texas. She attended Taylor High School, soon to marry her lifelong husband, Sgt. Jerry Joe Hurta Sr., in Roswell, New Mexico. They soon begin their adventure to Wichita Falls and San Antonio, before residing in Austin, Texas, where they raised a son, Jerry Joe Hurta Jr. She enjoyed a life of going on business trips, as well as art shows throughout Central Texas, and trips to the peach country of Fredericksburg. She also loved the wildflowers of Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Joe Hurta, Sr. She is survived by her son Jerry Joe Hurta Jr.; two grandsons, Samuel C. Hurta of Cedar Park, and Joshua Daniel Hurta of Killeen, Texas; as well as three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Kneblik of Forth Worth, Texas; and a brother, Leroy Kubacak of Austin, Texas.
