Funeral services for Mrs. Heath held Saturday Last rites for Mrs. Sybil Nancy Brown Heath, wife of Forrest Heath, Bank of Winona were held Saturday, July 6, at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church. Mrs. Heath died July 4, after being hospitalized at Tyler Holmes for about two weeks. She was 67 years old. She was a native of Calhoun County, and had taught school in her earlier years. She and Mr. Heath had been married 40 years this past June 16th. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Two children preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, B. F. Heath, Jr., Memphis and a daughter, Mrs. Annice Brown Miller, Raleigh, North Carolina. Services for Mrs. Heath were conducted by Rev. Kermit McGregor and Rev. Leo Bailey. Burial was in the Oakwood Cemetery, with Lee Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Survivors, in addition to her husband and children, are three brothers, Hubert F. Brown, Acworth, Georgia; R. W. Brown, Calhoun City; and A. E. Brown, Vardaman; and three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Burt, Houlka; and Mrs. Annie Lee Morgan, Atlanta, Georgia; and Mrs. Doty Patterson, Pensacola, Florida She had five grandchildren. Pallbearers were W. W. Jenkins, James L. Shelton, Floyd Pinkerton, Harry Simmons, Aubrey Boone and C. E. Strahan Serving as honorary pallbearers were J. E. Allen. M. C. Billingsley, J. E. Ellis, D. V. Patridge, E. W. Holmes, Claude Wilkes, Luther P. Crull, J. L Whitehead, H. L. Howard, George Harris, Jimmy Moorman, C. A. Wilkins, and H. S. Leonard. The Winona Times Winona, MS July 11, 1968
