Bio
Charles Raymond West, of Hull, passed away Sunday at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. Charles was born to parents, Dave Charles West and Lila Mae Junkins West. He was a lifelong resident of the Liberty County area and was a member of Word Fellowship Church. He retired from Shivers Well Service. He enjoyed barbecuing, and gardening and loved spending time with his family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Alice Margaret Bishop, and Hannah West, survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jean West, two sons; David West and wife Kathy, Melvin West and wife Denise, two daughters, Faye Fregia, Maggie Rives; grandchildren; Christopher Lynn Colson, Randal Wayne Colson, Felecia Kay Neville, Heather Lucinda West, Troy David West, Russell Lee Rives Jr., Misty Gail Arden, Lee Charles Rives, David Bradley Rives, Dakota Ryan Fregia, Great-grandchildren; Christian Colson, Brandalyn Colson, Brittany Colson, Randal Colson Jr., Kaya Leigh Rives, and Brier Mills, one brother; Lawrence West, two sisters; Lola Mae Watzlavik Wentzel and Mary Elizabeth Gray and many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services at Allison Funeral Service Chapel in Liberty with Rev. Jerry Dent officiating. Interment at Hardin Chapel Cemetery in Hardin, Texas.
