Caruso and the late Rosemarie (Sam) Mazzulla and Edward (Rene) Mascari, dear grandmother of Dr. Donald (Anne), Ronald and Geraldine Mazzulla, Robert, Edward (Stella) and Melissa Mascari, Tim (Gina) and Kevin (Irene) Caruso and Colleen (Andy) Acasio; dear great-grandmother of Shauna, Anthony, Steven and Kristina; fond sister of Steven (Mini) Stagno, Rose Giardini, Josephine Petricca, Antoinette Nielsen and the late August (Gerald) Stagno. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Grove Memorial Chapel 1199 S. Arlington Heights Rd., Elk Grove Village. Chapel Prayers 10 a.m. Saturday, followed by 11 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary church, 75 N.
