George William Bell, age 79, of Sulphur Springs, Texas, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Christus Mother Frances Hospital, Sulphur Springs, TX. He was born September 30, 1940, in Sulphur Springs, TX to G.W. and Thelma (nee' Armstrong) Bell. George married his high school sweetheart, Bobbee Bunch in Sulphur Springs on June 23, 1959. He was a retired self-employed auto dealer. George was a member of Central Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Bobbee; son, Scott (Dana) Bell, Mansfield, TX; daughter, Lisa Bell Eckerd, McKinney, TX; grandchildren, Dan (Lindy) Daniel; Crystal Daniel; Garrett Bell; Megan Bell; Jordan Eckerd; Elle Eckerd; five great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn (Dan) McKinney; brothers, Archie (Jimmie) Bell; James (Becky) Bell. Preceded in death by his parents; son, Bubba Bell; daughter, Julie Daniel; brother, Henry Bell; and his sisters, Margaret Clark; Patricia Rogers; and Dollie Temples.
