Bio
She was born on September 27, 1939 in Vidor, Texas to the late Clifton and Sarah Fogleman. She is survived by her children, Melinda June Leviness and Keith Pate, Sara Joan Smith and husband Patrick, Joe Leviness Jr. and Melissa Card, Della Marie Leviness, Linda Warriner, Faith Leviness, Jodie Owens all of Silsbee; sister, Carolyn Rainer of Houston; 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends. Annie is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Joe Leviness; son, James Gusfaston; grandson, Welsey Mein; brothers, D.C and Troy Fogleman;  and many other sisters and brothers. Serving as pallbearers will be William Mein, John Horton, James Leviness, Patrick Smith, Scott Marshall, and Billy Smith. Gage McDaniels will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
