Bio

Homer Ray Nelson of Princeton, Texas passed away July 14, 2020, at the age of 87. He was born on April 22, 1933 to Homer Lige Nelson and Johnnye Betty Parks in McKinney, Texas. Ray was a farmer and a mechanic. He was of Baptist faith. Ray is survived by his sister, Nancy Crabtree of Plano, Texas; several nieces and nephews and host of other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, B.G. Nelson, Louise Claunch, Charles Nelson, Pete Nelson and Tommy Nelson. Ray will be laid to rest at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
