Bio
Ruth Louise Hall, 87 of Taylor passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at the Heartwood Nursing Home. Celebration of Life Services will be 3:00 PM Friday, January 6, 2006 at Providence Funeral Home with Brandon Groome officiating. Burial will follow at the Weir Cemetery. Ruth was born on May 24, 1918 in Weir, TX. to Tom and Minnie (Dill) Page. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Ruth was a wonderful cook. She loved music, playing dominoes, and talking on the phone. She would always end her phone conversations with "I love you". Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, and two husbands, Ira Carpenter and Nelson Hall. She is survived by her son, Larry Carpenter and wife, Margaret; daughter, Ruth Ann Salyer; four grandchildren, Jay Salyer, Robin Hood, Chris Carpenter, and Amy Day; twelve great grandchildren, Holly Hood, Robert Hood, Owen Hood, Kate Whitson, Kelly Whitson, Kara Whitson, John Patrick Day, CJ Carpenter, Cassidy Carpenter, Chandler Carpenter, Colby Carpenter, Corey Carpenter.
