YECHOUT, Mrs. Joseph Cecelia Yechout, former resident of Sarona for 30 years, died in St. Paul, December 9,1939. Burial was in the Sarona cemetery, Tuesday. Born in Bohemia on June 30, 1860, she was married to Joseph Yechout in 1897 at Hemingford, Nebraska. They lived in Hemingford two years, moving to Sarona in 1899. Mr. Yechout died 11 years ago,and his wife went to St. Paul to live with her son, Joseph. Surviving are her son Joseph in St. Paul; six step-daughters, Mrs. Anne Miller of St. Paul, Josephine of Omaha, Nebr., Mrs. Fannie Novotny of Schuyler, Nebr., Mrs. Rose Wetzel of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Jennie Walla of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Joseph Sauer of Sarona; one step son, William Yechout of St. Paul; one grandchild and 15 step grandchildren.
