Squire Booney Freily, Jr was born to Squire Booney Freily Sr and Keziah Swafford on 28 Jan 1874 in Tennessee. He moved with his family to Texas early in life. He married first to Martha Crum, daughter of John and Elizabeth Crum, on 23 Feb 1893 in Kaufman County, Texas. Martha died shortly after on 28 May 1895. He married second to Martha Ann Faulkner, daughter of Matthew Parker Faulkner and Jane E.
