Dr. Charles M. "Mel" Underhill September 20, 1925 ~ June 1, 2016 Charles Underhill, 90, of Keene passed away June 1, 2016 in Keene. He was born September 20, 1925 in Battle Lake, Minnesota to John Fredrick and Alice Mertie Waterman Underhill. He was a professor at the Southwestern Adventist University. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church. Survived by his children, Jerry and Charles Underhill, grand children, six great-grand children; one great-great grand child; two sisters and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kris Underhill on May 28, 2015; two daughters, Joanne Janes and Kristie Underhill; grand daughter, Michelle Janes and great-grand son Matthew Melander. Service will be conducted June 5, 2016 in the Cleburne Chapel...CPFH
