(Published in The Longview Daily News, Longview, Texas · Monday, March 22, 1982, Page 5) Andrew Joseph Rowan Services for Andrew Joseph Rowan, 70, of Longview will be 4 p.m. today at Welch Funeral Home with the Revs. Jim Schexnayder and Larry Williams officiating. Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Mr. Rowan died Friday at a local hospital. He was a retired Skelly Oil Co. employee, a member of the Cedar Springs Baptist Church of Ore City and a Mason.
