Stockham, NE resident Delmar Joe Kliewer, 66, passed away, Sunday, June 7, 2020, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 11, 2020, at the Stockham Cemetery in Stockham, NE. Memorial services will follow at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 11, 2020, at the Stockham Community Church in Stockham, NE with Pastor Rick Bartek officiating. Delmar Joe Kliewer was born November 5, 1953, at Aurora, NE to Henry and Agnes (Koop) Kliewer. He received his education at Henderson High School and furthered his education at Central Community College in Hastings, NE. He married Fay Oberhauser on June 21, 1975, in Cozad, NE. Delmar was employed at Van Kirk Brothers Contracting in Sutton, NE. Delmar was a member of the Stockham Community Church, Fox Hollow Golf Course, and Crooked Creek Gun Club. He is survived by his wife, Fay Kliewer of Stockham, NE; daughter, Krista (Bill) Sisco of Syracuse, NE; son, Matt (Toni) Kliewer of Stockham, NE; grandchildren, Kadyn and Tristan Sisco; Madden, Beckett, Watson and Zoey Kliewer; sister, Deloris (Don) Reinhold of McPherson, KS; brother-in-law, Dennis (Katie) Oberhauser of Hastings, NE; adopted children, Jason Krause of Aurora, NE; and Shauna Forbes of Grand Island, NE; and numerous nieces and nephews. Delmar was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Agnes Kliewer and sister, Dorothy Walter.
