LABAY --Frank J. (Pancho) Labay, 81, of Taylor, died Friday in the Taylor hospital. Services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Condra Memorial Chapel in Taylor with Rev. Albert Michalik officiating. Burial was in the Taylor City Cemetery.
