Charles Harvey Taylor was the s/o Lee & Rachel Minerva Cobb Taylor. Charles H. Taylor Charles H. Taylor, 95, of Charleston died June 7, 1994 at St Francis Hospital after a short illness. He was a self-employed water well driller. Surviving: wife, Mildred Garrett Taylor, daughter Sue Stover of Charleston, sisters, Amy Garrett of Charleston, Thelma Skeen of Florida, Ethel Landers of Point Pleasant; three grandchildren Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Bartlett-Burdette-Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. William Layne and the Rev Ed Bowman officiating. Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park St. Albans. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. He was married first to Flossie Litton.
