Son of John F. Neeley and Molly Gains Obituary Gonzales Inquirer Mar. 7, 1958 Funeral Monday For Mr. Neeley Waelder—F. L. Neeley,74, died Sunday morning after suffering a heart attack. Funeral services were held Monday at2 p.m. from the Smiley Baptist church at 2 p.m. On December 31, 1905, he and Miss Helen Burns were married at Delhi. The couple making their home in Smiley for many years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs, Helen Burns Neeley, a son D. L. of San Antonio; two daughters, Mrs. Estella Colby and Mrs. Beatrice Carlie, both of Smiley, two brothers, D. L. Neeley of San Antonio, and W. M. Neeley, Lockhart; two sisters, Mrs. Ida White of this city, and Mrs. G. M. Sales of Coltulla; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Friend and relatives who attended the funeral from here and also visited the family were Mr. and Mrs. Raleigh Borrer, Mrs. Sherman Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Shellie Borrer, Mrs. Ida White and Mrs. D. W. Johnson.
