Bio
Dainer Benjamin Frost of Kannapolis, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 17, 2020 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. Mr. Frost was born April 12, 1922 in Foley, Alabama to the late Willard Frost and the late Nonie Campbell Frost. He was the fourth of eleven children. He was also preceded in death by wife of over 73 years, Ruby Frost and his ten siblings. Mr. Frost was a Marine veteran who served during World War II. The graveside service will be on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the Forest Lawn West Cemetery located in Charlotte. The service will be officiated by Reverend Sammy Case of Gloryland Baptist Church . Survivors include son, Harvey "Jack" L. (Georgia) Frost of Charlotte, NC, Stepson, Joe Tarlton, Three grandsons, Jay Henley, Douglas Henley (Tonya), Derek Frost (Tabitha); also surviving are great grandchildren, Alex, Adam and Jackson Henley and great grand daughter, Ruby Frost. A special thanks to his caregiver, Dora. Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg is serving the Frost family.
