Bio

Frances Odessa Skelton Pierce was born on November 20, 1926 in Caledonia Community near Garrison, Texas, to Marvin Skelton and Nannie Harriet Long Skelton. Mrs. Pierce will be missed by all those who knew her, she never met a stranger, and was always willing to help someone in need. She was happiest when spending time with her family. She enjoyed quilting, and made several quilts for each child and grandchild. Odessa has been a faithful member of Kilgore Missionary Baptist Church since 1987. She was preceded in death by her parents, great grandson Kaleb Brantley, three brothers, and two sisters.
