Hillsbor Argus, April 24, 1951 Obituaries Mrs. Elsie Briot Dies in Hillsboro Mrs. Elsie Briot, Hillsboro resident for 30 years died Sunday at her home on West Main. Services were held Tuesday in Home chapel of Young's funeral home, with Rev. C.C. Freeman in charge. Mrs. Briot was born in Romania and came to the United States 50 years ago. She married William Briot who survives in 1903. She was a member of Assembly of God church. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Jones and Mrs. Marilyn Welty of Vallego, Cal., and two sons John Robert of Hillsboro and William F. of Portland. Interment was in Fir Lawn cemetery.
