Winford Tillman Richardson, age 71, of Gainesville, TX, passed away, at his residence, with his family near him, on Friday, March 13, 2020. Winford was born on July 29, 1948 in San Saba, TX to Wesley turner Richardson & Eula Joyce Halliburton Richardson. Winford worked as a paint & body man for Auto Body Concepts. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and reading history, but the greatest thing was his love for his family and spending time with them. Left to cherish his memories are his daughters; Tara Richardson of Gainesville, TX, Sherry Richardson of Gainesville, TX, his son-in-law; David Avery of Gainesville, TX, his ex-wife & friend; Tina Griffin of Gainesville, TX, his brother; Wayland Richardson & wife Sonya of Austin, TX, his five grandchildren; Dillon Reasor, Champagne Jackson, Trinity Richardson, Keyshawn Jackson, Kaylee Jackson, three great-grandchildren, his uncle; Marlon & Kay Halliburton of Austin, TX, Dalton Halliburton of Austin, TX, special friends; Steve & Lila Ward, Ronnie Ward, J.R. Mackey, Dan & Wendy Ott, other extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his son; Willie Richardson and his parents; Wesley & Eula Richardson.
