COL US Army He was predeceased by his parents, Rudolph Thomas Nolde and Irene Lecie Spradley Nolde; and three brothers, Thomas Robert Nolde, Richard Eugene Nolde and George W Nolde. He was survived by his wife, Mary Modena Wisby Nolde; three daughters; two sons-in-law; one sister, Bertha Estelle Nolde; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held on Monday, February 16, 2004, at the First United Pentecostal Church, Leesville, VA. Interment for him and his wife originally scheduled for April 21, 2020, postponed to August 31, 2020.
