Bio

Two brothers, William Freeman and Webb Freeman, 20, were drowned July 6 near Clintwood in Cranes Nest River. The two brothers were drowned before assistance could reach them. One of the boys is said to have become strangled while swimming and both perished when the other went to his aid.
