ZAPALAC, Cpl. Wallace W. of Granger. Age 20. Died 5/8/1949 in a jeep accident in Austria. Services held in Granger. Condra Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. He was BORN 3/6/1929 in Granger to M/M. Alfred P. Zapalac. SURVIVORS: Parents, 2 brothers, Johnnie and Glenwood Zapalac, all of Granger; grandparents, M/M. John Roepke Above information supplied by John Christeson. Wallace Zapalac was my husband Ray Zapalac's first cousin.
