Minot Daily News, Minot, ND, page 5; Tuesday, June 20, 1972 Emil E. Onstad The funeral will be Thursday at 11 for Emil E. Onstad, 58, 516-9th Ave. NE, who died Sunday in a hospital in Minneapolis. The service will be in Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. Marvin Mutzenberger officiating. Burial will be in the Rosehill Memorial Park Cemetery, Minot. Mr. Onstad was born at Manfred on October 19, 1913, to Mr. and Mrs. Ole Onstad. He was reared in the Manfred area. He married Linda Brusven in Minot on October 1, 1949. Mr. Onstad was employed by Minot State College, the City of Minot and Trinity Medical Center. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Minot Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Linda; one daughter Mrs. James (Mary) Roberts, Minot; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Herbert (Loraine) Schlecht, Drake; one sister, Mrs. Annie Solheim, Manfred; one grandchild and five step-grandchildren.
