Name also spelled Mellenium Creekmore and "Aunt Puss." Birth and death dates from a family tree complied by relatives: BIRTH 16 FEB 1842 • Cole's Creek, Calhoun County, Mississippi, USA DEATH 04 JAN 1892 • Grenada County, Mississippi, USA. The Wier-Creekmore Genealogy (1942) by Sarah Elizabeth Creekmore Wallace, page 24: “Millenium Creekmore, born July 16, 1845. Married Dr. W.R. West, Dec. 22, 1859.” She was a sister of Mary Frances Creekmore who married John F. Wier (1834-1864), killed in the Battle of Gettysburg, and Hiram Caswell Creekmore who married John’s sister Ann Eliza Wier (1841-1903), the parents of Sarah Elizabeth Creekmore Wallace (1866-1942) who wrote the Wier-Creekmore Genealogy. There were several other marriages between the Wier and Creekmore families and related families. Interment unconfirmed but probalby buried by her husband who was supposed to be buried at Shiloh Cemetery.
