******************************************** A Funeral Mass for Margaret Dusatko, age 96, of O'Neill, will be 10:30 am Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill, NE. Burial will be in the O'Neill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Monday, November 25, 2019 at Biglin's Mortuary with a Parish Rosary at 7pm. Margaret passed away November 20, 2019 at the Arbor Care Center in O'Neill, NE. Memorials can be directed to the family for future designation. Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill is in charge of arrangements. Margaret Elizabeth Babl was born January 25, 1923 northeast of Emmett, NE to Joseph and Elizabeth (Janzing) Babl. She attended District 90 Country School northeast of Emmett through Eighth Grade. After school, she worked on the family farm. Margaret later met her neighbor, Bernard Dusatko and they were married at Camp White in Medford, OR on February 20, 1943 while Bernard was in the U.S. Army. To this union seven children were born. Once Bernard was discharged, the couple made their home near O'Neill. Margaret stayed home and raised their children. After all her children were raised, she took some babysitting jobs around town. When Bernard retired, the couple spent time traveling and enjoyed attending Bernard's Army Reunions. Margaret enjoyed cooking for her family, canning, Bingo, word searches and crossword puzzles. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, St. Patrick's Altar Society, and VFW Auxiliary. Margaret is survived by her children; James Dusatko and wife Maxine of McCook, NE, Jerry Dusatko and wife Caroline of Miles City, MT, Marian Dusatko of Norfolk, NE, Brian Dusatko of Hastings, NE, Doran Dusatko and wife Theresa of Doniphan, NE; 16 grandchildren, Lori, Lisa, Jeff, Keri, Joe, Casey, Jared, Alexander, Cassie, Holly, Brad, Traci, John Jr., Cortney, Brian Jr., Kimberly; 27 great grandchildren; sister, Cecelia (Ben) Bazelman of O'Neill; sister-in-law Ramona Babl of O'Neill, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bernard in 2008; son, John and infant son, Joseph; siblings, Gerhardt Babl, Rita Engler, Rosemary Schmitz, Wendell Babl.
