Earl Lee Wathen, Junior was the son of Earl Lee Wathen Senior, and Virginia Wathen. Earl served on the Wichita Police Department with ID number C0264 from 10/16/1957 to 1/11/1985, retiring as a Major. After that retirement he served as Undersheriff for the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office. Earl was married to Royce Gale Wathen who preceded him in death.
