Birth year about 1842 (died age 19). It's presumed that the reported given name "Lisi" is supposed to be Levi -- see records below Levi D. Phelps married in Muscogee County, GA on December 17, 1860 to Margian S. Williams COLUMBUS, GA: Lists of People, 1828-1852, and Sexton's Reports to 1866 by Mary Jane Galer (published 2000), on page 227 says Lisi (sic) Phelps died age 19 of typhoid fever and buried February 16, 1862 (from December 14, 1861 to April 1, 1862, Sexton's Report, presented April 7, 1862). This grave probably has no inscribed marker 1850 census of Columbus, Muscogee Co., Geo., site 241/251 shows Henry C. Phelps (43 Geol), a Physician; Miss Felecia H. Phelps (21 Geo.); Sarah A. Phelps (17 Geo.); Georgia C. Phelps (14 Geo.); W. Henry Phelps (12 Geo.); and Levi D. Phelps (8 Geo.) . 1860 census of Columbus, Muscogee Co., Geo., site 127/128 shows Henry C. Phelps (53 Geo.), a Physician; W. H. H. Phelps (21 Geo), a Merchant holding no real estate but personal estate valued at $1000; Georgia Phelps (22 Geo.); Levi Phelps (17 Geo.) ; and Jno. Blanchard (35 France), Candy Manufacturer. Apparent widow Margian Phelps married in Muscogee County, GA to John Grant on October 4, 1864 Section 2, Lot 1181, was bought for $20 by A. H.
