Bio
Henry R. Krueger of Route 4, Taylor died Friday in an Austin hospital. He was born in Taylor July 23, 1922 and had made his home here in Taylor his entire life. Mr. Krueger was a member of the Lutheran Church, was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the American Legion. Surviving are his mother Mrs. Minnie Krueger of Taylor; four sisters, Mrs. Martha Wolbrueck and Mrs. Dora Wolbrueck of Taylor, Mrs. Minnie Miller of Marlin, and Mrs. Tillie Berry of League City; two brothers, John Krueger and C. A. Krueger, both of Taylor and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and older brother Fritz. Funeral services were held at 10 AM Monday in the Condra Memorial Chapel. The Rev. David Bulgerin and the Rev. E. Herber officiated with burial in the Taylor City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jimmy Zimmerhanzel, Leslie Zimmerhanzel, Edwin Zrubek, Curtis Martin, Vincent Mazgelis and Walter Johnson. Published in the Taylor Daily Press April 28, 1972
