Mildred Mary Kvapil, longtime resident of San Antonio, Texas, entered eternal rest on Friday, April 3, 2015, at 11:35 a.m., at St. Francis Nursing Home in San Antonio, at the age of 92 years, 23 days. Mildred was born on March 11, 1923, in Rowena, Texas, the daughter of Frank Kvapil and Lydia Anna Polansky Kvapil. She attended Dewees schools and spent many faithful years working as a housekeeper. Mildred was a lifelong member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Poth, Texas, where she was a member of KJZT and the Altar Society. Mildred is survived by her sister-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lydia Ann Kvapil ; her brothers, Henry F. Kvapil , Sgt. Frank A. Kvapil , Victor A. Kvapil , Edward Kvapil, and Emil Kvapil; her sisters-in-law, Emily, Jean, and Frances Moy Kvapil ; her nephews, Edgar and Ronnie; and her nieces, Margaret and Donna.
