Louis Wesley Kartous . 89, died on December 16, 2019. He was born in Dallas, TX on March 26, 1930 to Louis Kartous and Emily Takets Kartous. On December 23, 1959, he married Nancy Lee Blackburn in Harris County, Texas. They were remarried on August 11, 1967 in Fort Bend County, Texas. They were again divorced on November 30, 1979, but married for the 3rd time on August 8, 1992, in Lee County, Texas. He was a Korean War Veteran and a 67 yr. member of the Masonic Masons. He owned J.J. Lemmon Office Machines in Houston. Louis owned and trained Thoroughbred racehorses throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his parents and his young son, Michael Lee Kartous. His survivors include his daughter, Cherrie Beth Wines.
