Pokrok západu. (Omaha, Neb.) April 9, 1902 - Page 5 of 8 V uterý 1 dubna skončil život svůj samovraždou krajan Frantisek Kasal na farmě své sestry blíže Ord. Přijel do této země se svými rodiči před mnoha lety a usídlil se Saint Joseph, Missouri. Záhy ale přesídlil se do Omahy, odtud do Humboldt a konečně do Valley County, kde se s rodiči svými trvale usadil. Přičina, jež dohnala neštrastného muže k zoufalému činu tomu, není známa. Byl svoboden a nenáležel k žadnému spolku. ____ On Tuesday, April 1, our compatriot Frantisek Kasal ended his life on his sister's farm near Ord. He came to this country with his parents many years ago and settled in Saint Joseph, Missouri. He soon moved to Omaha, from there to Humboldt and finally to Valley County, where he and his parents settled permanently. The cause that drove the distressed man to a desperate act is unknown. He was free and did not belong to any guild.
