Helena married Harland F. McDonald on Feb 25, 1925. Harland passed away Sept 1, 1953. She later married Emanuel Andreasen on July 6, 1974. Obituary - HELENA MARIE ANDREASEN, 88 Funeral services for Helena Marie Andreasen, age 88, of Fremont were Saturday, June 3, at the First Lutheran Church in Fremont with burial in the Blair Cemetery. Rev. Mark A. Grorud officiated at the services. Helena Rosenbaum was born on February 23, 1901 at Kennard, Nebraska to William and Annie Nielsen Rosenbaum. She attended March School during her elementary years. She married Soren McDonald in 1925. They lived in the Kennard and Blair area. In 1961 Helena moved to Fremont, Nebraska. In 1974, she was married to Emanuel Andreasen. On Wednesday May 31, 1989 Helena died at the Dodge County Skilled Care Center. She is survived by three sons, and daughters-in-law, Gordon and Sharon McDonald, Omaha; William and Alice McDonald, Fremont; and Warren McDonald; three daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and Don Roumph, Cedar Bluffs, Nebraska; and Lois and Philip Nielsen, and Judy and Bill Goodman, all of Livermore, California. She is also survived by two brothers, Les Rosenbaum, Blair and Merritt Rosenbaum, Mesa, Arizona; two sisters, Mrs. Alfred (Gladys) Dickmeyer, Arlington; and Selma Allison, Decatur; 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Helena was preceded in death by her parents; husbands Soren McDonald in 1953 and Emanuel Andreasen in 1976; and eight brothers and sisters.
