Kyle Andrew Weed, beloved son, grandson and brother was called home to the Kingdom of Heaven to finally overcome his battle with cystic fibrosis. He has won the war and now is sitting at the right hand side of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Kyle is now pain free and can go about his place as his brothers' guardian angel to call on anytime with questions or problems. Kyle may be out of sight, but never out of our minds. "For the river is wide but can be fought and won." We may never understand this loss, but we all must remember he would have expected us to keep looking forward. Reminisce about Kyle without living in the past. For as God has told us, "Cry when we come into this world, and rejoice when we depart. When we depart, the body and soul will enter the Kingdom of Heaven." He is survived by his father Sherman Andrew Weed, Jr.; mother Deborah Brune Weed; brothers Ryan Douglas and Darren Michael Weed all of Palacios; his grandmother Mary Brune of Palacios; grandparents W. L. and Kathryn James of Victoria, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who all loved Kyle dearly and will miss his smiling face. May he rest in peace and God have mercy on his soul. Funeral services were held at 10 a. m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, at the Palacios Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jim Van Bibber officiating. Burial was in the Hawley Cemetery in Blessing. In our most sincere appreciation, we would like to thank the doctors, but most especially the nurses and respiratory therapists for their care, support and much love mixed in, we could not have made it without them and for this we say thank you and God bless. Arrangements were with Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Palacios. The Daily Tribune, December 24, 1996 Contributor: Helen Dolezal (49748278)
