Billy Ray Goodson was born May 9, 1953 in Galena Park, TX to Donald Ray and Billy Jean (Mahoney) Goodson and passed away October 29, 2019 in Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Serenity Goodson; his father, Donald Ray Goodson; his sister, Debbie Jo West; and his brothers, Floyd Reese and Tommy Reese. Billy is survived by his mother, Billy Jean Goodson; his sister, Clara Mobley and husband Grady; his children, Sam Goodson and wife Amanda, Stefanie Coleman and husband Ronnie, Amy Waller and husband Jon, Sally Goodson, Lacey Goodson, Tommy Goodson, Chance Goodson, and Karma Goodson; his grandchildren, Lane Goodson, Sheyenne Waller, and Ryder Waller; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Friday, November 1, 2019 at Byrum Funeral Home. Celebration of life will be 2:30pm Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel.
