Bio
Gary Donald "Donnie" Slaton of Pulaski passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019. He was a veteran of the United States Army and 75 years old. His parents were the late Walton and Ruby Newbourne Slaton. He was also preceded in death by his brother Wayne Slaton . Survivors include his daughter Lee Sumners of Pulaski, his son Scooter(Beth)Sumners of Pulaski, his sister Judy(Neal) Williams of Minor Hill, his brother Joel(Barbara) Slaton of Pulaski, his grandchildren Dillion Owen and Carter Sumners, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation with the family will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2nd at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3rd. Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Giles County Honor Guard, PO Box 321, Pulaski, TN 38478.
