Bio
Bobbie Moffitt Long, 91, of Dallas, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in Dallas, Tx. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren. During her free time, she enjoyed working in the yard. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jimmy Long; granddaughter, Melissa Bowles Jarvis; and son-in-law, Mike Bowles. Bobbie is survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Alan Gage, Barbara and Mike McKissick, and Eileen Bowles; son and daughter-in-law, James and Colleen Long III; nine grandchildren, Brian and Megan Gage, Beeper and Krysti Gage, Ashley and Michael McKissick Jr. Mandy and Marc Newhouse, Kevin and Hilde McKissick, Michelle and Jim Jackson, Christie and James C. Long IV, Andy and Brandy Long, and Jeff Long; and 13 great grandchildren. Family would like to extend a warm thank you to the entire staff at The Village of Lake Highlands. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Calvary Hill Main Mausoleum, North Chapel, at 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Rosary Service will begin at 1:30p.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to follow.
