Daughter of Josiah "Jesse" Kester and Anna Elizabeth Close Kester. Died of appendicitis at St. Francis Hospital, according to the obituary. *by Lila Cole Death notice and Obituary published in the Toronto Republican, May 4, 1916, page 1 Born: Nov. 15, 1896 Neal, Kans. Died: April 29, 1916 Wichita, Kans. Age 19 years 5 months 4 days Taken to the St. Francis Hospital in Wichita for an operation, which she survived but a short time. Leaves to morn her father, mother, five brothers, and two sisters.
