Whitney, Texas - Francis (Tamp) Osborn, 65, of Whitney TX, Hill County, a retired water installation foreman for the City of Dallas, died here Saturday. A Dallas resident from 1940 to 1964 when he moved to Whitney, Osborn was a member of Oak Cliff Masonic Lodge 705 AF & AM. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Marshall & Marshall Funeral Chapel here. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park , Dallas. He is survived by his wife Willie Mae; two sons, one brother, three sisters and three grandchildren. ------------ from an old newspaper obituary circa February, 1976
