Son of Thomas DENNISON and Martha G HAWKINS married 2 May 1831 in Edmonson Co., KY Grandson of Zachariah DENNISON and Molly PHILLIPS CIVIL WAR SOLDIER (Co. C of 33rd KY INF and Co. I of 26th KY INF) Most likely buried in this cemetery where his widow was buried. His widow Milly Dennison filed for a Widow's Pension 8 JAN 1910 so Zachariah DENNISON died before this date. 1900 census indicates they were married in 1860. They were first cousins.
