Services for Thelma Nadine Blankenship, 76, of Carthage will be 1 p.m. today at Jimmerson Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. John H. Williams and Rick Linebarger officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery in Carthage. She died Friday in a Carthage nursing home. Ms. Blankenship was born October 18, 1915 in Panola County. She worked as a nurses aide in Panola General Hospital. Survivors include a step-son, D.L. Dotson of Seven Points; two brothers, Dole Williams of Dallas and Sherwood Wills of Downing, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Comela Williams; two step-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
