Opal Louise Roberts APRIL 24, 1928 – SEPTEMBER 29, 2019 Opal L Roberts was born on April 24, 1928 and passed away on September 29, 2019. Opal L Brill Silcox Roberts - - Opal L Brill Silcox Roberts, known to most in the Beulah Community as "Momma Opal", passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019. She was born April 24, 1928 in Robertsdale, AL and lived most of her life in Pensacola, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer Roberts; infant son, Raymond; brothers, Bob and Ernest; and a sister, Louverta. She is survived by two brothers, Joe and Otis; three sons, Kenny (Cathie), Darrell (Dorothy) and Darwin (Pam); two daughters, Sharon (Eric) and Pam (Roy); fourteen grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren. Visitation will be at 10am until services begin at 11am on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home followed by her burial at Beulah Cemetery. A celebration of life reception will be held after the cemetery at her home in Beulah. The family ask that in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to Alzheimer's Research or Hospice.
