Mary Frances Cowley, 72, of Lodi, Calif., died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1999, in California. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church of Forsan with burial in Trinity Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. She was born Feb. 17, 1927, in Lamesa and had been a longtime resident of California. She was a homemaker and a member of the Galt United Methodist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Sherry Erich of Manteca, Calif., and Linda Weeks of Lodi; a son, Rick Erich of Susanville, Calif.; two brothers, Vard Cowley of Roseville, Calif., and Ronnie Cowley of Lodi; a sister, Betty Snyder of Lodi; a half brother, Dwaine Buck of Valley Springs, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
