A Mass of Christian Burial for Elizabeth Juanita Terry, 92, of Flint will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Flint, with Father James Rowland officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Tyler under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Mrs. Terry passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019 in Tyler. She was born December 5, 1926, in Dallas, Texas, to John W. Dean and Elizabeth Smith Dean. Juanita was an active member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Grand Prairie, Texas for many years. After moving to Flint, Texas, she attended St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. She was a bookkeeper and receptionist at a medical facility for many years while in Grand Prairie. Juanita was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years, Lewis O. Terry. She is survived by her loving family including her daughters, Linda, Sherry(Tommy) and Denise(Jim); son, Dennis(Cindy); grandchildren, Patrick Balkey(Ashley), Michael Balkey(Tara), Kristin Rodgers(Eric), Kimberly Rodgers and Chris Cole; great-grandchildren, Lily Balkey, Ryleigh Balkey, Brinkley Balkey, and Travis Rodgers. Pallbearers will be Jim Balkey, Tommy Rodgers, Dennis Terry, Michael Balkey and Patrick Obituary published online 24 Aug 2019 by Stewart Family Funeral Home, Tyler, Texas.
