Jerry Donner, 75, of North Platte, Nebraska, died August 3, 2019 at Great Plains Health. He was born July 5, 1944 in Farnam, NE, son of Ray and Clara Donner. Jerry married Kathy Fecht on December 31, 1973. He enjoyed attending rodeos, spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and enjoyed getting outside every day and walking around. Jerry was a devoted member of the National Rifle Association. Surviving are wife, Katherine Donner, daughter Lisa Donner, daughter Jennifer (Kurt) Redding, son Warren (Taryn) Donner, daughter Stacy (Casey) Stethem, son Justin (Shelley) Donner, daughter Cindy Donner, son Jared Donner, daughter Dawn Donner, sister Virginia Stevens, sister JoAnn Anglemyer, brother Dallas (Millie) Donner, and grandchildren Adrienne, Keara, Sarina, Gideon, and Elsie Redding, Karson and Lillian Donner, Devon, Skylar, Dylan, and Daniel Stethem, Haylie, Brennan, and Sawyer Donner, Abigayle Donner, and Dominic Donner, as well as various nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by father Ray Donner, mother Clara Donner, and sons Larry and David Donner. Pallbearers will be Warren Donner, Justin Donner, Jared Donner, Kurt Redding, Casey Stethem, and Devon Stethem. Honorary pallbearer will be Dallas Donner. Services will be held at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 10:30 am with Ned Cooper officiating. Interment will follow in the Gothenburg Cemetery.
