Bio

Jerry Eugene Jurecka of Allen, Texas passed away May 25, 2013 in Pilot Point. He was born July 31, 1941 in Pilot Point to Henry and Martha Carrigan Jurecka. He was a retired mail carrier for the US Post Office. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, May 28, 2013 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm, at the Slay Memorial Chapel located in Pilot Point. A funeral service will be on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 10:00 am also at the Slay Chapel with burial following at Pilot Point Community Cemetery. Jerry is survived by two sons, Jerry Tom Jurecka of Pilot Point and Spooky Jurecka of Mountainburg Arkansas; daughter, Angela Garrity of Burleson; nine grandchildren; brothers, Cloyce Jurecka of Colleyville and Frankie Jurecka of Collinsville. Services are under the direction of Terri Slay and Slay Memorial Funeral Center, Pilot Point.
