Married: 12/18/1907, Hamilton County, TX, Hamilton County Marriage Record Bk. 4, p. 488 ------- Services for Mrs. Martha Hansen were held in the First Methodist Church in Cranfills Gap conducted by Rev. Dale Yant. In 1907, she married Roland C. Hansen and to this union four sons and three daughters were born. The family lived in Hill and Hamilton Counties. After the death of her husband, she made her home in Clifton and Cranfills Gap area. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter - Milda Hansen; two sisters - Mrs. Millie Freeman and Mrs. Bertha Brummett; three brothers - Albert Giese, Adolph Giese, and Ernest Giese. Surviving are four sons - Leota Hansen, Ted Hansen, Ernest Hansen, Cecil Hansen; two daughters - Mrs. Erna Hasse, Mrs. Gerda Jackson; one sister - Miss Eliese Giese; one brother - Willie Giese; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
