Robert Yates OAK HILL, Ohio - A former Oak Hill resident, Robert Yates, 77, of Columbus, died Tuesday at home. A Native of Oak Hill, he was a retired brickmason and a member of the Eagles Lodge. Surviving are three sons; Robert of Columbus, and Wayne and Bill, both of Jackson; five daughters, Mrs. Ralph Davis of Oak Hill, Mrs. Richard Wright of Columbus, and Mrs. Richard Lear, Mrs. Wade Kirkpatrick and Miss Jeannine Yates, all of Westerville.; two brothers, Earl Yates of Thurman and Gomer Yates of Columbus, and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Tope of Columbus. Services are to be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at Kuhner-Lewis Funeral Home here, with Rev. Jack Diamond officiating. Internment is to be in Oak Hill CM Cemetery.
